On September 8, 2025, the Business Center Veliko Tarnovo will host the first edition of TEDxVelikoTarnovo – an independently organized event under a TED license. The theme, “From Hill to Horizon,” is inspired by the spirit and history of Veliko Tarnovo – a city that bridges the past with the future, looking boldly beyond the horizon.
The TEDx format brings together inspiring individuals from diverse fields who share their ideas, experiences, and visions for a better world. On the stage of BCVT, the audience will meet:

• Dimitar Noikov – media manager with long-standing experience and a key role in the development of digital television services in Bulgaria.
  
   
• Mariana Hill – one of the most respected Bulgarian conference and simultaneous interpreters.
  
   
• Daryana Kumanova – jazz singer and educator, the fourth female conductor in the history of the Sanremo Festival.
  
   
• Alexander Ivanov – digital entrepreneur and lecturer, active in the fields of online education and marketing.
  
   
• Kristina Galabova – psychologist and social entrepreneur with a mission to make mental health more accessible.
  
   
• Kalina Panayotova (Kanina Krisalis) – writer and author of the debut novel “Nectar.”
  
   
• Vladimir Gyurov – engineer and athlete, active ambassador of accessible sports and adapted physical activity.
  
   
• Delyan Angelov – chimney sweep and volunteer, who took part on the frontlines in fighting forest fires in the region.
  
   
• Georgi Kadrev – technology entrepreneur, co-founder of companies in the fields of artificial intelligence and medical technologies
  
   

The event begins at 2:00 PM in the hall of BCVT, and tickets are already on sale. It promises to be an exciting gathering of ideas that inspire, challenge, and broaden horizons.
