On November 23, 2025, a presentation dedicated to the premium Belgian chocolate Callebaut took place at BCVT.
The special guest was Chef Alex Ivanchev – Chocolate Ambassador S/E Europe of Callebaut and two-time "Confectioner of the Year".
During the presentation, Chef Ivanchev prepared four themed desserts – strawberry matcha latte, cherry chocolate, milk chocolate shake, and ruby donut, showcasing a variety of techniques, textures, and flavor combinations using Callebaut chocolates.
The guests closely observed Chef Ivanchev’s work and had the opportunity to taste the desserts presented.
The event was organized by Alimco Ltd. – the official representative of Callebaut in Bulgaria.
