The conference "Tourism - hospitality industry. The Hospitable City" in the context of the International Forum "Cultural Tourism 2024" brought together representatives from various sectors dealing with the development of tourism and the urban environment.
Discussions covered important aspects of urban design, as well as organizational and aesthetic strategies to attract tourists and improve the quality of life in cities.

The role of artists in the transformation of urban spaces was discussed at the special thematic panel with the participation of Petya Georgieva, Manager of the Veliko Tarnovo Business Center, organizer of the first "Gifts and Souvenirs" exhibition.

Opportunities for cooperation between the tourism sector and local communities to create an authentic and sustainable tourism experience were also discussed. The need for innovation in the approach to the creation of advertising souvenirs was also emphasized.
