On November 16, 2024, Veliko Tarnovo Business Center will host the Tarnovo Digital Summit 2024 – an event that will bring together leading IT specialists and innovators to discuss the future of technology and digitalization.
The purpose of the event is to expand the IT community in the region and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas, innovative solutions and contacts between local talents and national IT experts.

• Bozhidar Boshnakov is Delivery Director at JAKALA and has over 10 years of experience in the IT sector. He started his career as a Junior QA in 2013 and quickly advanced to leadership positions, building successful teams in Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo. He is the founder and ideologue of the Gabrovo Digital Summit and has been actively working on the development of the IT sector in the region for several years.
  
   

In his lecture, Bozhidar Boshnakov will share the lessons he learned on the road to success and illustrate them through examples and stories from his professional career.

• Milen Georgiev - co-founder and executive director of Extrapak AD - one of the leading packaging companies in Bulgaria. In his lecture, he will tell how the company successfully manages 5 factories and 700 employees through the innovative bgERP system and how this open source software helps Extrapak to digitize production, CRM tasks and many more processes.
  
   

• Svetlin Nakov is a visionary and technological entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the IT sector. As a co-founder of SoftUni and the "SoftUni BUDITEL" high school of digital sciences, he inspires new talents and actively works to turn Bulgaria into the "Silicon Valley" of Europe. Winner of prestigious awards, including "John Atanasov", Dr. Nakov is a leader in innovation and AI technologies.
  
   

In this session, Dr. Nakov will demonstrate how AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can transform businesses – from task automation to marketing and data analytics.

• Yuri Stoinov is the manager and co-founder of "Celtis" OOD, an experienced software engineer with extensive experience and numerous successfully implemented projects. He is an expert in technologies like PHP, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript. Yuri Stoinov is also an active member of the Programmers' Club in Veliko Tarnovo and a teacher at Veliko Tarnovo University, where he imparts his knowledge and experience to the new generation of IT specialists.
  
   

In his lecture, he will talk about the fascinating world of large-scale simulations and how innovative techniques for modeling complex systems offer new opportunities to optimize operations, predict outcomes and support strategic decisions, revealing their potential to revolutionize our lives.
